Our Story
TravelSingapore is a United States based start-up company that was started in 2018 by a young entrepreneur named Jonas Holdaway. The mission of TravelSingapore is to increase knowledge and awareness of Singapore's amazing attributes and encourage travelers to explore and experience this spectacular country. TravelSingapore has inspired and helped many people to go on trips to Singapore and so far each and every one has been blown away by the tiny country with big personality.
The logo of TravelSingapore consists of a geometrically shaped airplane, specifically a jetliner, surrounded by five stars forming a regular pentagon with each other. The plane, of course, serves as a symbol of travel, while the stars are also symbolic and allude to Singapore's flag, which has an identical pattern of stars. The five Singaporean stars represent the nation's ideals of democracy, peace, progress, justice, and equality. The brand colors of TravelSingapore also reflect the national colors of Singapore. Red symbolizes universal brotherhood and equality of man, while white denotes pervading and everlasting purity and virtue. These concepts and ideals are central to Singapore as a country and its people as a community.

TravelSingapore's slogan captures the nature of Singapore -- it is a nation with a fascinating, deep history full of tradition, but also a nation that is continually building upwards and improving itself, with constant progress in engineering, design, architecture, and more. The choice of adjectives is no accident either; while the city-state definitely has extensive culture, it is also relatively rich financially. Due to the hard work and drive of the Singaporean people, the country's economy is booming and its GDP per capita is one of the highest in the world. Modern is possibly one of the most accurate terms to describe Singapore -- one gaze at the Marina Bay skyline is enough to confirm that! These two aspects of Singapore combine beautifully in a unique way to make the nation a place like no other.
